Disclaimer

By booking tickets either online or over the phone, the customer agree to the following stipulations:

1)All sales are final! Those booking for others that do not show up on the day of the tour are not entitled to refunds unless they call in advance and their seats can be filled by others on a waiting list. Only then will refunds be issued, as we often turn people away from buses that are completely booked.

2) Dale Kaczmarek and Excursions Into The Unknown, Inc. cannot be held responsible for mechanical breakdowns of motor coaches, mini-buses or 15-passenger vans. In the event a person booked on a tour does not show up or call on the day of the tour, he/she will not be issued a refund even though others may be entitled to one. In order to be eligible for a refund, he/she must be on the bus at the time of the mishap to be credited. In the event of a mechanical breakdown, Excursions Into The Unknown, Inc. will do its best to safely and timely arrange for all tour participants to be brought back to the point of the tour origination. Mechanical breakdowns may constitute a partial or full refund depending on the stops completed in regard to that nights tour.

3) Dale Kaczmarek and Excursions Into The Unknown, Inc. reserves to the right to refuse anyone on the day of the tour if we feel that person is intoxicated or will cause a problem on the vehicle. Further, if anyone is overly loud and obnoxious while a passenger on the bus, causing others to complain, the offender will be asked nicely only once to respect others who wish to enjoy the tour. If the disturbance continues or becomes too loud, Dale Kaczmarek and Excursions Into The Unknown, Inc. has the right to stop the bus and request that person or persons exit the vehicle. While we wish everyone to have a enjoyable time while on the tours, you also need to respect the wishes of others who may also wish to hear what is being said while on the vehicle. Loud outbursts and excessive loud talking during the time the guide is talking will not be tolerated!

4) No alcoholic beverages or glass containers will be allowed on the vehicle at anytime! If you wish to have alcohol on a private tour, that can be arranged with the bus company and a security deposit is required for possible damage and clean-up costs. Anyone sneaking alcoholic beverages on the vehicle or bringing them onboard from a restaurant or lounge stop will be asked to exit the vehicle when they are discovered.

5) No smoking is allowed at anytime and anywhere on any vehicle including the restroom. Those violating this ICC policy will be asked to leave the vehicle.

6) All coolers brought onboard must fit on your lap and are subject to inspection prior to boarding for glass and/or alcoholic beverages.

7) Dale Kaczmarek and Excursions Into The Unknown, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries while on any ghost tour either on or off the bus. Further we are not responsible for damages to automobiles while parked in Westfield Mall. Security does patrol the lots all evening and there has never been any reports of vehicle tampering to date. Private tours are responsible for securing their own designated vehicle parking location for tour participant parking. Mr. Kaczmarek and Excursions Into The Unknown, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages, tickets, towing, etc. that tour participants might encounter from designated locations agreed upon by the group leader of the private tour.

8) We will email confirmations as soon as we receive orders for tickets, however we are not responsible for email or server problems. If you haven't received an email confirmation within 3 days of your order, please call 708-425-5163.
